SeasonPilot / private pilot

Make the season decisions your families can feel good about.

We're inviting a small group of coaches and organizations to pressure-test SeasonPilot's focused mobile companion before a public launch. Bring us the messy, high-stakes parts of your season; we'll learn alongside your staff.

Who this pilot is for

A focused test for teams in the middle of real decisions.

We're looking for a small group of travel and select programs with an active tryout or roster process and staff willing to test a focused workflow.

Travel or select programs

Your organization is running a tryout, evaluation, or roster process for an upcoming season.

An active decision window

You have a real workflow to test now — not a hypothetical future use case or a broad platform evaluation.

Staff ready to test

Coaches or evaluators can make time to try a focused workflow and share direct feedback with us.

What selected teams receive

Enough support to test the workflow, not just click through a demo.

A guided private workspace

Selected organizations get a focused workspace and an onboarding path shaped around the team’s actual season workflow.

Mobile companion access

Use the companion experience where tryouts happen, without asking evaluators to carry a laptop through the process.

Evaluator scoring

Capture the details evaluators actually notice, with a process coaches can trust and revisit.

Roster decisions

Turn tryout observations into clear, explainable decisions for the next season.

Parent communication

Test the updates and follow-through that keep families in the loop after the tryout.

Direct feedback and support

Talk directly with the SeasonPilot team about what works, what does not, and what would help next.

How the pilot works

From application to the first real workflow.

  1. 01

    Submit an application

Share your organization, sport, and the workflow you would most want to test. Your application is received and under review — it is not an acceptance notice.

  2. 02

    Your team reviews the fit

The SeasonPilot team looks for an active tryout or roster process, a clear pilot use case, and staff who can participate in a focused test.

  3. 03

    Selected organizations receive an invitation

If the timing and workflow are a match, we will contact your organization directly with the next step for the private pilot.

  4. 04

Create an account and enter the workspace

Invitees create an account, sign in, and open the private workspace connected to their organization.

  5. 05

Kickoff, setup, and the first workflow

We help your staff get set up, then start with the first real pilot workflow — from evaluation through the follow-up that matters to families.

Applications are received and reviewed; selected organizations hear directly from the SeasonPilot team.

Request pilot consideration

Tell us about your team.

After you start testing

Help us make the pilot better for the next team.

Share the signal we cannot get from a demo: what felt useful in your real workflow, and the one improvement that would make the biggest difference.

This feedback is private. It is only available to signed-in pilot team members and is sent directly to the SeasonPilot team.
